DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can place an order as a member or a guest. The first option has its advantages. You can view the status of your orders and their history. It also allows you to speed up the payment process. You can start by creating an account by clicking here , then place your order.

HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

To create an account, you must:

  • Click on the small motorcycle helmet at the top right of your screen, on mobile, click on the three horizontal lines at the top right.
  • Click on the “Create an account” button.
  • Fill in the requested information.

That's it, your account is created!

Important: your billing address and telephone number must be identical to what is present on your credit card statement.

  • Click on the button “Forgot your password?” .

WHY CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

The personal information requested in the profile is used to help you know you better and to communicate with you quickly in the event of a problem. You can change the information at any time.

I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY POSTAL ADDRESS, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

If you don't have any orders in progress, you just have to modify the address by clicking on the helmet at the top right, on mobile, click on the three horizontal lines at the top right. Then click on “View addresses”. You will be presented with the option to edit the address.

WHAT WILL MY BILLING ADDRESS BE?

When you enter credit card information, you must associate it with one of the mailing addresses in your account. This address will be the billing address and must match your address with your credit card provider.

CAN I VIEW MY PURCHASE HISTORY?

Head to your page, the headset icon in the top right, and you'll be presented with your purchase history.
