The goal of the Alpinestars Supertech family of helmets was to create the most advanced, protective and high-performance helmets possible for riders around the world. With the S-M10, the Alpinestars helmet development team designed the helmet to provide the perfect balance between excellent ventilation and unparalleled comfort, to create a helmet with minimal weight, without compromising on any other appearance.

The design of the S-M10 offers a smooth and attractive aerodynamic profile, which is streamlined and free of external channels and features that could act as a load point in the event of an impact or compromise the overall integrity of the helmet construction. The curvature of the surface promotes reduced friction in the event of an impact, allowing for the most efficient deflection and transfer of energy to protect the rider's head from forces direct to the skull and reflected back to the neck and spine vertebral.

• The S-M10's shell sizing solution ensures that each helmet size has its own appropriate shell size to provide the most anatomical solution possible for the wide variety of sizing needs around the world, offering 4 different helmet shell sizes: S, M, L and XL and 6 consumer sizes ranging from XS to XXL to ensure riders have the correct size, which not only improves comfort and reduces overall weight, but more importantly, improves the effectiveness of the helmet in the event of an impact.
• The new profile of the redesigned chin bar features a raised section at the base, raised to clear the collarbone, with a softer EPS liner that extends beyond the helmet shell itself, and is covered of a more flexible rubber compound, reducing the risk of injury to the collarbone.
• The patented A-Head adjustment system allows easy adjustment of the angle and height of the helmet on the head.
• Ultra-ventilated helmet with 28 individual air inlets and outlets, not including the eye opening, with 18 inlets and 10 outlets.
• New ejection technology includes the Eject helmet removal system.
• Lightweight: ECE 1260g and DOT 1360g for medium size, 1310g with side pads and 1370g with visor extension.
• The S-M10 is available in 2 versions: ECE R 22.06 and ECE R 22.06/DOT.
