Refund policy


PREREQUISITES FOR RETURN

ADM Sport will not be able to accept your return of merchandise if the following conditions are not respected:

  • - DVDs, books, underwear, bikinis, electrical or electronic parts, communication systems and special orders are not accepted.
  • - Any Product which has been damaged, worn or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • - Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is clearly indicated on the respective products.

ADM Sport reserves the right to determine, in good faith, whether all conditions are met. Return shipping fees (both ways) for warranty items are the responsibility of the customer (To avoid these fees, you may visit one of our branches in person).

Return and exchange by mail

  • The postal return Fee is $11.50. 
  • Go to one of our three stores to avoid these postal fees.

  • You must write the reason for the return on the invoice

  • You must write your invoice number and/or the ADM Internet order number on the box, for the attention of : WEB ORDER MONITORING

  • You can also return to a post office.

  • Transport cost due to an error in the customer's order or an unsuitable order will be paid by the customer. Return costs will apply for merchandise under warranty.

  • You received an item by mail that was damaged during transport or an error on our part, the exchange will be made free of charge with prior authorization by telephone at 1-800-463-4340 extension 2207 or on this page : Return & Exchange.

  • Any postal return must be made to our Saint-Hyacinthe store by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, failing which, we will not be able to take into account the loss of the products during the return shipment. The return address : 3003, Picard Street, St-Hyacinthe, QC Canada, J2S 1H2.

  • The refund will be made by the method of payment used during your initial order. Certain refund deadlines may apply depending on the method of payment.

  • Refunds will be processed Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. exclusively.

  • Do you want an exchange? To increase the speed of delivery of your new order, it is preferable to carry out this one and return the one that does not suit you as soon as possible. When we receive it, the refund will be made.

Return and exchange made in store

Present yourself with the purchase invoice, the original packaging, your products and their labels. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

FRAUD CONTROL

ADM Sport has implemented an Order Verification Procedure that is meant to ensure that no one else uses the banking or personal information of someone else without their knowing. As part of those verifications, the client may be asked to provide a copy of a personal ID card or proof of residency. The order will be completed upon the reception of this information. ADM Sport holds the right to cancel any suspicious order or transaction.

PACKAGE RECEPTION

ADM Sport reminds you that it is your responsibility to verify the state of your package upon reception before signing any delivery slip presented to you by the delivery service. It is also your responsibility to verify the content of this package in the presence of the delivery person before signing the delivery slip. If the order shows any sign of damage, or if the content of the package does not match that of the delivery slip, you may accept the package anyway and point out the issues to the delivery person. You may also decide to refuse the package by pointing the issues to the delivery person before signing the delivery slip. You may also refuse the package by justifying the reasons for your refusal on the delivery slip. In that case, you must not sign the slip (or write Package refused because...).

WARRANTIES

Items purchased on our website are subject to the same terms and conditions as any items bought in-store.

PRICES VARIATION

ADM Sport holds the right to change prices or to remove items from the currently available items selection. The information used to represent the items is accurate as far as ADM Sport is concerned at the time of publication, but cannot be held responsible if they are not. Due to market pressure and competition, prices and items availability may change without any prior notice. In case of discrepancies between in-store and online prices, in-store prices will prevail.

HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF FREE SHIPPING FROM A PURCHASE OF $49?

In oder to qualify for free shipping, your order must meet the following conditions : 

  • The delivery address must be in Canada; 
  • The total amount of the order must be equal to or greater than $49 before taxes;
  • This special offer does not include additional shipping costs ( large package and remote area ).

ADM Sport reserves the right to modify or cancel the free delivery from $49 of purchase at any time.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES?

The delivery time depends on the availability of the product.

Generally, the delivery time in Quebec is two business days to major centres, and two to seven days to the regions and the rest of Canada.

If the merchandise is not available in stock, you will be notified and we will ship as soon as possible.

In the event of a strike by the post office, carriers orany other event of an exceptional nature slowing down or preventing the delivery of packages, ADM Sport will make every effort to inform the buyer of the status of the shipment of his package. ADM Sport cannot be held responsible for any delays caused.

Shiping costs are determined based on the products and the region where the order will be shipped. Packages posted by ADM Sport are shipped by several shippers/delivery companies now : Purolator, Dicom, Canada Post.

International delivery :

Please note that currently we only ship to Canada.

STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING?

Check to see if you have received an order dispatch notice via email with a tracking number for you package. With this number, you can check the status of your delivery on the site of your shipper/deliverer.
