Return and refund of your order
PREREQUISITES FOR A RETURN
ADM Sport will not be able to accept your return of merchandise if the following conditions are not respected:
- - DVDs, books, underwear, bikinis, electrical or electronic parts, communication systems and special orders are not accepted.
- - Any Product which has been damaged, worn or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.
- - Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is clearly indicated on the respective products.
ADM Sport reserves the right to determine, in good faith, whether all conditions are met. Return shipping fees (both ways) for warranty items are the responsibility of the customer (To avoid these fees, you may visit one of our branches in person).
RETURN POLICY
- All returns of new and unused items must be made within 15 days of the date of receipt of your order or purchase to obtain a refund.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, booklets, stickers and original labels.
- There will be no remarketing costs if the conditions previously listed are respected.
- Do you want an exchange? You MUST place a new order and return the unsuitable one to us for a refund.
- All postal returns will be made to our Quebec branch by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
- The refund will be made to the payment method used during your initial order. Certain reimbursement deadlines may apply depending on the payment method.
- Return requests and refunds will be processed Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. exclusively.
- You have received an item by mail which was damaged during transport or an error on our part, the exchange will be made free of charge with authorization using the form at the bottom of the page.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN BY POST?

#1. Submit your return request
Please complete the online form below following the instructions.
#2. Print your $10 return label
Our team will email you a shipping label for a flat fee of $10 plus tax that you can easily print.
#3. Preparing for your return
- You must write the reason for the return on the invoice.
- You must write your order number and/or invoice on the box for the attention of: WEB ORDER TRACKING.
- Be sure to include the original packaging of the item, including labels and documents.
- Affix your return label to the package.
#4. Ship it all
- Please drop off your package at any Canada Post counter.
- We will send you an email with confirmation of the refund once it has been made.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN TO THE STORE?
You can go to one of our three branches to avoid return costs. Present yourself with the purchase invoice, the original packaging, the products and their labels. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued by employees of the web platform skilled in transactions
