Not delivered

The chest protector was not delivered to my address. It was delivered to a store and I was notified I had to pick it up.
I live in Winnipeg and the store it was delivered to is in Quebec.
I messaged the company for clarification on delivery and there has been little to no communication.
I have yet to receive a confirmation on if it will be shipped as requested or a return/refund processed
