And when the adventure becomes extreme, you can remove the internal protectors to wear the Continent WB over the Proteus armored vest (CE level 1 or 2) and maximize your protection.

  • Under this garment, you can wear our REV'IT! Avertum Tech-Air® airbag – or a Tech5 airbag – if you purchase the garment one size larger than your usual size. If you wish to wear a garment marked "Compatible with the Avertum Tech-Air® airbag system," you must ensure that the garment can accommodate the airbag's expansion. We therefore recommend following the formula below to determine the appropriate size: 1. Measure your chest circumference and divide the measurement by two; 2. Measure the garment flat across the chest line; 3. If the difference between point 1 and point 2 is 12 centimeters or more, the garment can be worn over the airbag. Note: Remember that the garment must be purchased in the correct size so that the shoulder and elbow protectors fit properly and provide optimal protection in the event of an accident. To create space for airbag deployment, remove any separate layers (thermal linings, waterproof linings) that might restrict airbag deployment in the event of an accident. Remove any separate back protector from your garment when wearing the airbag (a back protector is included with the airbag) and adjust all body straps to their widest position.
