Bonjour à toute l’équipe,

Merci pour le bon service. L’expérience a été globalement très satisfaisante. Le personnel a été courtois et j’ai bien reçu ma pièce, sans problème.

La seule chose que je voulais mentionner, c’est que la récupération en magasin a été un peu longue — on voyait que la personne cherchait la pièce dans le backstore pendant un certain moment. Ce n’est pas dramatique, mais p-e quelque chose a améliorer.

Sinon, tout s’est très bien passé, et je n’hésiterai pas à recommander chez vous à nouveau.
