Back way to exposed to elements

I got to ride that pants twice and twice I had the same major issue: having the belt line way to low and riding with my lower back way too exposed even with a long jacket. Like many manufacturers, large sized motorcycle jeans pants (XXL) are built on the same framework as smaller sizes and that is an issue. Worst, they don’t include a zipper to attach to a jacket…In this case it is a major safety and comfort concern as I felt the wind and cold air during my whole rides. We buy those pants for safety and comfort. I can see how it could definitely lead to grave injuries in a crash.
The rest of the construction is decent and quite comfortable on the leg part but has the tendency to slip-up on the boots so my boots gets exposed after few minutes, having some anti-slip inner material or a ankle strap would be a good thing to tighten around the boots. A shame I will have to go to a tailor/leatherworker for modifications again.
