The activity of distributing parts, accessories, clothing and mechanical workshops for recreational vehicles was created in 1979 by Mr. Michel Matton. This activity officially took the corporate name ADM Sport in 1981. Today, the company is under the management of his daughters Chantale and Karine.

Since 1979, ADM Sport has supported its customers by offering a complete range of equipment, clothing, parts and accessories, in addition to its motorsport mechanics workshops corresponding to their needs and contributing to their safety on the road. like on the trails.

The success encountered with its customers and the desire to offer them a more pleasant and more functional setting for their purchasing experience led ADM Sport to open, in April 1997, the store located at 1831 boul. Wilfrid Hamel in Quebec. With a surface area of ​​30,000 square feet, this store allows a wider choice of products.

In the spring of 2000, ADM Sport added a Motocross store with its vast choice.

The creation of the Saint-Hyacinthe store in June 2004 made it possible to extend the territorial presence and influence of ADM Sport for the benefit of new customers. The very positive reception from customers and the desire to welcome them in the best conditions made it necessary to assign ADM Sport Saint Hyacinthe a new, larger space (30,000 square feet) and more functional. This was done in April 2010.

In 2005, ADM Sport launched its website as a new point of contact with customers.

In 2018, ADM Sport acquired 1825 boul. Wilfrid Hamel with an area of ​​6,000 square feet, to offer vehicle storage for its customers.

In 2019, ADM Sport moved its main store for *21 years* from 1831 to 1884 boul. Wilfrid-Hamel, now welcoming customers in a brand new store adapted to current trends. 1831 will house the administrative offices, the mechanical workshop and its liquidation warehouse which contains one of the largest discount inventories in Quebec in the world of motor sports equipment.

In spring 2020 ADM Sport launches into the world of mountain biking. By offering a wide range of accessories and clothing, therefore broadening its horizons as a leader in extreme sports.

In November 2024, the new branch located at 1150 Boulevard St-Paul in Chicoutimi opened its doors. With a surface area of 26,000 square feet, the wide range of products available is sure to impress the people of Saguenay and rivals any other ADM Sport store.

The company now has more than 100 employees spread across three branches, a website and the administrative team, something to be proud of!
