Contest Organizer and Duration

The contest is organized by ADM Sport Inc., whose head office is located at 1831 boulevard Hamel, Québec (QC), G1N 3Z4, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.” The contest runs from May 14 at 12:01 a.m. (ET) to June 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (ET).

Eligibility

The contest is open to any person residing in Canada who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Excluded are: employees of the Organizer, its agents, representatives, partners, as well as members of their immediate family or persons living at the same address.

How to Enter

a. With purchase:
You must have purchased a pair of designated motorcycle jeans in-store or on the website admsport.com before June 1, 2026. You must then deposit your entry coupon in the designated entry box. Customers who purchased their motorcycle jeans online will be automatically entered into the contest. To be eligible, the purchase must have been made during the contest period, from May 14 to June 1, 2026.

b. No purchase necessary:
In accordance with Canadian law, no purchase is required to participate. You may enter for free by sending a handwritten letter of at least 100 words explaining why you would like to win, along with the following information:

• First and last name
• Full mailing address
• Phone number
• Email address

No-purchase entries must be received no later than May 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Only one free entry per person will be accepted.

Prizes

Five prizes will be awarded:

• One (1) ADM Sport gift card in each store, with a value equivalent to the pre-tax amount of the most expensive pair of motorcycle jeans listed on the purchase receipt
• One (1) ADM Sport gift card with a value equivalent to the pre-tax amount of the most expensive pair of motorcycle jeans listed on the receipt, drawn from among online purchases

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.

Winner Selection

A random draw will take place on June 2, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (ET) at ADM Sport’s head office from among all eligible entries. Five (5) finalists will be randomly selected from eligible entries from each of the following store locations: Québec, Saint-Hyacinthe, Chicoutimi, and Lévis, as well as one (1) finalist from eligible online entries.

The selected participant must:

• Be contacted within 5 business days following the draw
• Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question
• Complete and sign a declaration and liability release form

If these conditions are not met, a new draw may be conducted.

General Conditions

By entering the contest, each participant agrees that their name, city of residence, photograph, and/or testimonial may be used for advertising purposes without additional compensation. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest in the event of fraud, bug, error, or any other event beyond its control.

The Organizer is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, or not received for any reason whatsoever. Any attempt at tampering or fraudulent participation will result in automatic disqualification.

Protection of Personal Information

The personal information collected will be used exclusively for the administration of the contest, in accordance with applicable privacy laws in Québec and Canada. No information will be sold or shared with third parties.

Applicable Laws

This contest is governed by the laws of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. It is personal to the participant and does not, under any circumstances, constitute a lottery under the Canadian Criminal Code.
