Contest Organizer and Duration
The contest is organized by ADM Sport Inc., whose head office is located at 1831 boulevard Hamel, Québec (QC), G1N 3Z4, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.” The contest runs from April 13 at 12:01 a.m. (ET) to April 26, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (ET).

Eligibility
The contest is open to any natural person residing in Canada who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Excluded are: employees of the Organizer, its agents, representatives, partners, as well as members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address.

How to Enter
a. With purchase: Each $100 (before taxes) spent at ADM Sport during the contest period qualifies for one (1) automatic entry into the draw.

b. No purchase necessary: In accordance with Canadian law, no purchase is required to enter. To participate without purchase, entrants must send a handwritten letter of at least 100 words explaining why they would like to win, along with the following information:

• First and last name
• Full mailing address
• Phone number
• Email address

No purchase entries must be received no later than April 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Only one free entry per person will be accepted.

Prizes
Two prizes will be awarded:

• First prize: One ADM Sport gift card valued at $500 CAD
• Second prize: One MX Deschambault gift card valued at $500 CAD

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if necessary.

Winner Selection
A random draw will take place on April 27, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (ET) at ADM Sport’s head office among all eligible entries. Two participants will be selected, one for each prize. Each selected participant must:

• Be contacted within five (5) business days following the draw
• Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question
• Complete and sign a declaration and liability release form

If these conditions are not met, another draw may be conducted.

General Conditions
By entering the contest, each participant agrees that their name, city of residence, photograph and/or testimonial may be used for advertising purposes without additional compensation. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the contest in the event of fraud, technical issues, errors, or any other event beyond its control. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries for any reason. Any attempt to tamper with the contest or submit fraudulent entries will result in automatic disqualification.

Personal Data Protection
Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the contest, in accordance with applicable privacy laws in Quebec and Canada. No information will be sold or shared with third parties.

Applicable Laws
This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. It is a promotional contest and does not constitute a lottery under the Canadian Criminal Code.
