What you will do:

• Answering mechanical phone calls
• Make mechanical appointments in collaboration with the mechanics
• Inspect the condition of vehicles upon arrival and departure
• Contact customers to submit mechanical evaluation with the help of an experienced mechanic
• Contact customers when vehicle is ready
• Maintain the mechanical service office
• Welcome the customer to the mechanical workshop
• Open work orders
• Close work orders
• Customer vehicle storage management

Schedules :

Seasonal position (year-round possibility by completing in other departments of the company)

Full-time

• Monday to Friday during the day

Experience :

• DEP/AEC or equivalent in general mechanics
• 1 year of experience in general mechanics desired
