• Supervise warehouse staff productively and create a stimulating climate
• Organize the warehouse clearly
• Manage schedules
• Monitor set goals
• Carry out structured inspections of the warehouse and issue instructions to subordinates
• Apply ethics measures to your team
• Apply intervention measures
• Perform initial processing of customer complaints
• Manage your logbook
