Official rules of the Snowmobile Contest

1. CONTEST ORGANIZER

The contest is organised by ADM Sport, whose head office is located at 1831 boulevard Hamel, Québec (QC), G1N 3Z1, hereinafter referred to as "the Organiser".

2. DURATION OF THE CONTEST

The contest runs from November 6, 2025 at 00:01 (ET) to December 23, 2025 at 23:59 (ET).

3. ELIGIBILITY

The contest is open to any individual residing in Canada who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Excluded are: employees of the Organiser, its agents, representatives, partners, as well as members of their immediate family or persons residing at the same address.

4. METHOD OF PARTICIPATION

a. With purchase:
Each $250 (before taxes) spent on snowmobile products at ADM Sport (online or in store) during the contest period entitles the holder to one (1) automatic entry into the draw.
b. No purchase necessary:
In accordance with Canadian law, no purchase is necessary to participate. You can enter for free by sending a handwritten letter of at least 200 words explaining why you would like to win the snowmobile, along with the following information:
- First name and last name
- Full postal address
- Phone number
- Email address

No-purchase entries must be received by 4:30 p.m. ET on December 19, 2025. Only one free entry per person will be accepted.

5. PRICE

The price is as follows:

- A 2026 Ski-Doo Backcountry 600 Sport EFI snowmobile

- Approximate retail value: $13,500 CAD

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equivalent value if the original prize is unavailable.

6. SELECTING THE WINNER

A draw will take place on December 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM (ET) at ADM Sport's head office from among all eligible entries.
One (1) finalist will be drawn at random from the eligible entries from each of the following branches: Quebec City, Saint-Hyacinthe and Chicoutimi, as well as one (1) finalist from the eligible entries made online.
A final draw will then be carried out among these four (4) finalists to determine the official winner of the competition.
The randomly selected participant will have to:
- To be contacted within 5 working days following the draw
- Answer a mathematical skill-testing question correctly
- Complete and sign a declaration and liability waiver form

If these conditions are not met, a new draw may be held.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating in the competition, each participant agrees that their name, city of residence, photograph and/or testimony may be used for advertising purposes without additional compensation.

The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition in the event of fraud, bug, error or any other event beyond its control.

The Organiser is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected or not received for any reason whatsoever.

Any attempt at manipulation or fraudulent participation will result in automatic disqualification.
In the event that the SAAQ or any other government authority claims any taxes, duties or fees related to registration or prize delivery, these will be entirely the responsibility of the winner.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal information collected will be used exclusively for the administration of the contest, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act applicable in Quebec and Canada. No information will be sold or shared with third parties.

9. APPLICABLE LAWS

This contest is governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. It is non-transferable and is not a lottery under the Canadian Criminal Code.
