1. ORGANIZER

The “Win a 2027 Ski-Doo” contest (the “Contest”) is organized by ADM Sport, whose head office is located at 1831 Hamel Boulevard, Québec City, Quebec G1N 3Z1 (the “Organizer”).

The Contest is presented in partnership with FXR (the “Partner”). The Partner does not administer the Contest and is not responsible for its operation.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins on November 4, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on December 23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”).

All entries, with or without purchase, must be obtained or received no later than the end of the Contest Period.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to any natural person who:

a. is a legal resident of Canada; and
b. has reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Organizer and the Partner, as well as members of their immediate family and persons domiciled with them, are not eligible.

For the purposes of these rules, “immediate family” means spouse, father, mother, children, brothers and sisters, whether or not they reside at the same address as the person concerned.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to enter the Contest: with purchase or without purchase.

4.1 Entry with purchase

During the Contest Period, each full $250 increment, before taxes, of eligible products or services purchased from ADM Sport in a single transaction entitles the purchaser to one (1) entry.

Eligible products and services include:

• snowmobile clothing;
• snowmobile parts;
• snowmobile accessories;
• parts and labour invoiced by ADM Sport’s service shops for work performed on a snowmobile.

Services and products related to other types of vehicles are not eligible. In a transaction that includes both eligible and non-eligible items, only the eligible portion is counted. Applicable discounts are deducted before entries are calculated.

An eligible transaction of $500 before taxes entitles the purchaser to two (2) entries; a transaction of $750 before taxes entitles the purchaser to three (3) entries. Amounts from different transactions cannot be combined to reach a $250 increment. There is no limit on the number of entries with purchase per person.

For service shop work on a snowmobile, eligibility is determined by the invoice payment date. The invoice must be paid during the Contest Period, regardless of when the work was performed. Only the eligible amount actually paid, before taxes, is counted. An invoice cannot generate duplicate entries.

In store — Québec City, Lévis, Saint-Hyacinthe or Chicoutimi: the participant receives one entry coupon per eligible increment. They must complete each coupon and place it in the contest box at the store where the eligible purchase or payment was made.

Online — admsport.com: eligible entries are recorded automatically.

Taxes, shipping fees, non-eligible service fees, gift cards and any amount not corresponding to an eligible product or service are not included in calculating the number of entries.

A cancelled, refunded or returned transaction may result in the cancellation of the associated entries where, after adjustment, the conditions for obtaining those entries are no longer met.

4.2 Entry without purchase

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

To obtain one (1) entry without purchase, an eligible person must send a handwritten request including:

• their first and last name;
• their complete mailing address;
• their telephone number;
• their email address;
• an original handwritten text of at least fifty (50) words explaining why they would like to win the snowmobile; and
• the pool to which they wish to assign their entry, from the following: Québec City, Lévis, Saint-Hyacinthe, Chicoutimi or Online.

Each eligible request entitles the sender to one (1) entry and must be sent in a separate envelope.

A limit of one (1) entry without purchase per person per contest week applies, for a maximum of seven (7) entries without purchase per person during the Contest Period.

Contest weeks are defined as follows: week 1, November 4 to 11; week 2, November 12 to 18; week 3, November 19 to 25; week 4, November 26 to December 2; week 5, December 3 to 9; week 6, December 10 to 16; week 7, December 17 to 23, 2026. The applicable week is determined by the date the request is received by the Organizer. Only one eligible request per person may be accepted in each contest week.

Each request must include an original handwritten text. Photocopies, duplicates, mechanical reproductions or automated reproductions are not accepted.

Requests must be received no later than December 23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, at the following address:

The date of receipt by the Organizer, not the mailing date or postmark, determines the eligibility of the request.

Eligible entries obtained without purchase have, within the pool to which they are assigned, the same value and are treated in the same manner as entries obtained with purchase.

5. VALIDITY OF ENTRIES

Any entry that is incomplete, illegible, falsified, reproduced by automated means or fraudulently obtained may be rejected.

Using multiple identities, addresses, accounts or contact details to enter under false identities or to circumvent these rules is prohibited.

The Organizer may request reasonable proof of a participant’s identity, age or place of residence.

6. PRIZE

One (1) prize will be awarded: a 2027 Ski-Doo Backcountry 600 Sport EFI snowmobile, with an approximate retail value of CA$13,500.

The prize must be accepted as awarded. It is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If the prize is no longer available for reasons beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control, the Organizer may replace it with a prize of a similar nature and of at least equivalent value.

No difference between the stated approximate value and the actual value of the prize at the time it is awarded will be paid to the winner.

7. PRIZE-RELATED COSTS

Registration, licence and insurance fees, and any other duty or fee required by a competent government authority, including the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec where applicable, are the responsibility of the winner.

The winner must take possession of the prize at the ADM Sport Québec City store, located at 1831 Hamel Boulevard, Québec City, Quebec G1N 3Z1.

Travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred to claim or take possession of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

8. ENTRY POOLS

Eligible entries are divided into five (5) separate pools:

a. Québec City: entries obtained at the Québec City store;
b. Lévis: entries obtained at the Lévis store;
c. Saint-Hyacinthe: entries obtained at the Saint-Hyacinthe store;
d. Chicoutimi: entries obtained at the Chicoutimi store; and
e. Online: entries obtained on admsport.com

Entries without purchase are assigned to the pool chosen by the participant in their request.

The same person may hold entries in more than one pool, in accordance with these rules.

9. DRAW AND ODDS OF WINNING

The draw will take place on December 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, at ADM Sport’s head office, located at 1831 Hamel Boulevard, Québec City, Quebec.

One (1) finalist will first be randomly selected from the eligible entries in each of the following five (5) pools:

• Québec City;
• Lévis;
• Saint-Hyacinthe;
• Chicoutimi;
• Online.

A final draw will then be held at random among these five (5) finalists to determine one (1) potential winner.

The same person may accumulate multiple entries in one or more pools, but may not occupy more than one of the five finalist positions. If a person already selected as a finalist is drawn in another pool, a new draw will be held in that pool until another eligible participant is selected.

The odds of becoming a finalist depend on the total number of eligible entries received in the applicable pool.

Once five distinct finalists have been selected, each of them will have a one-in-five (1/5) chance of being selected in the final draw.

The total number of entries received may vary from one pool to another. Consequently, the odds of being selected as a finalist may also vary depending on the pool to which an entry is assigned.

10. CONDITIONS TO BE DECLARED A WINNER

The participant selected in the final draw is first considered a potential winner.

To be declared the winner, they must:

• be eligible for the Contest and comply with these rules;
• be reached by the Organizer and respond within five (5) business days of the first contact attempt;
• correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question posed by the Organizer;
• provide, upon request, reasonable proof of their identity, age and place of residence;
• sign and return, within the time specified by the Organizer, a declaration of eligibility and a release of liability form in accordance with applicable laws; and
• accept the prize in accordance with these rules.

If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the specified time, answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, declines the prize, does not return the required documents or is otherwise declared ineligible, they forfeit the prize.

In that case, the disqualified finalist will be replaced by a new finalist randomly selected from the eligible entries in the same pool.

A new final draw will then be held among the five (5) eligible finalists, following the procedure set out in section 9.

This procedure may be repeated until an eligible winner is confirmed, subject to applicable laws.

11. PRIZE DELIVERY

Once all conditions of these rules have been met, the winner will be informed of the prize delivery arrangements.

The winner must take possession of the prize within thirty (30) days of the notice of availability sent by the Organizer, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the winner and the Organizer.

Delivery of the prize is conditional on continued compliance with the eligibility requirements set out in these rules.

12. WINNER PUBLICITY

The Organizer may ask the winner for a separate authorization to use their name, city of residence, photograph, image or testimonial to announce or promote the Contest results.

Any use requiring the winner’s consent will be carried out in accordance with the consent validly obtained.

Entering the Contest does not, in itself, constitute a general authorization to use the participant’s image, photograph or testimonial for advertising purposes.

13. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information collected or used in connection with the Contest is obtained through the entry methods described in section 4 of these rules.

It is used for the purposes necessary to administer the Contest, including to:

• verify participant eligibility;
• record and administer entries;
• conduct the draws;
• contact selected persons;
• confirm the winner’s identity and eligibility;
• deliver the prize; and
• prevent or detect fraud or abuse related to the Contest.

Personal information may be disclosed to the Organizer’s employees, agents or service providers who need access to it to fulfill these purposes, and in other cases permitted or required by law.

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will not be sold to third parties.

Entering the Contest does not result in automatic subscription to any mailing list or any authorization to receive commercial communications from the Organizer or the Partner.

Participants may exercise the rights of access and correction granted to them by law.

Where applicable, they may also withdraw consent given for an optional use or disclosure of their personal information. However, where the use of information is necessary to administer the Contest, withdrawing consent may prevent continued participation or delivery of the prize.

14. INTEGRITY, AMENDMENT AND LIABILITY

The Organizer may disqualify any person who attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, including through fraud, misrepresentation, tampering with entries or use of false information.

If fraud, a technical failure, a clerical error, a force majeure event or any other circumstance beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control materially compromises the integrity or normal operation of the Contest, the Organizer may take reasonably necessary measures to preserve its integrity.

These measures may include suspending or amending the Contest or, where no other reasonable solution is available, cancelling it.

Any material change will be communicated to participants in a reasonably accessible manner.

Subject to applicable laws, the Organizer is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete or misdirected due to a postal or technical problem beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these rules has the effect of excluding or limiting any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. LANGUAGE AND GOVERNING LAW

In the event of any discrepancy between the French version of these rules and any translation or other version, the French version prevails, to the extent permitted by law.

In the event of any discrepancy between Contest advertising and these rules, these rules prevail, subject to rights and remedies that cannot legally be waived.

The Contest and these rules are governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without limiting the application of mandatory or public order provisions applicable to a participant in their province or territory of residence.
