What you will do:

• Supervise the staff of his/her department;
• Organize your department clearly (Who does what exactly);
• To monitor the objectives set for his department;
• Conduct structured inspections of his department and issue instructions to his subordinates;
• Apply ethical measures to his team;
  
• To handle the initial customer complaints in their department;
• Managing your logbook;
• To assume the manager's responsibilities in their absence.

Compensation : Starting at $19.50 per hour, depending on experience

Scheduled hours: 40 hours per week
