Under the supervision of the branch manager, the building and equipment maintenance officer is responsible for:

• -Carry out the necessary repairs on the 2 buildings (1831 and 1884 Wilfrid-Hamel Blvd.)
• -Maintain the grounds
• -To carry out building maintenance work
• -Maintain equipment and vehicles
• -Maintain an inventory of general maintenance accessories (light bulbs, fluorescent tubes, etc.)
• -All other related tasks
