What you will do:

Your main tasks will be to welcome customers and provide them with quality service tailored to their needs, to have a thorough understanding of the technical details of the products in order to provide accurate information to customers based on the type of vehicle they drive. You will then be responsible for ensuring after-sales service through customer loyalty initiatives and contributing to the team's performance through tasks related to the department's presentation.
