The Role: A pillar of our Web Customer Experience
Reporting to the Web Director, you will be the driving force behind all our online orders. Your mission will be to ensure seamless logistical execution, from invoicing to shipping, guaranteeing speed, accuracy, and above all, complete customer satisfaction. This is a crucial role that combines team management, process optimization, and the resolution of daily logistical challenges.
Your Daily Responsibilities and Challenges :
1. Supervision and Operational Excellence:
- Order Flow Management: Oversee the entire process, from invoice preparation to shipment.
- Cleaning and Prioritization: Ensure the order board is properly maintained and guarantee that problem cases are dealt with quickly.
- Performance and Deadlines: Ensure strict adherence to processing and delivery deadlines.
- Stock Accuracy: Work closely with the Inventory team to minimize errors and ensure stock accuracy.
- Problem Solving: Manage and help quickly resolve issues (delays, stock shortages, shipping errors, customer returns), in coordination with Customer Service.
- Daily Shipments: Ensure every day that items are brought to the shipping area for postal shipments and that these orders are processed according to priorities in all 4 stores.
2. Leadership and Team Management:
- Inspiring Supervision: Coach your team productively to create a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Clear Organization: Define and clearly communicate the roles and responsibilities within your department ("Who does what exactly?").
- Planning: Managing schedules to effectively meet operational needs.
- Monitoring and Objectives: Monitor the objectives set and ensure the training and supervision of team members.
- Ethics and Intervention: Apply ethics and intervention measures as needed.
3. Logistics Optimization and Innovation:
- Process simplification: Reduce or simplify the order board in collaboration with field teams.
- Mastering ShipStation: Optimizing the entire logistics process via ShipStation (preparation, packaging, inter-store transfers, in-store pickup, sending tracking information).
- Returns Management: Optimize the customer returns management process via the platform.
