Management functions :

  • Supervise the staff of his/her department;
  • Organize your department clearly (Who does what exactly);
  • Being present on the sales floor to remain the reference point for the team
  • Ensure that all customer inquiries are answered.
  • Manage the schedules of your department;
  • To monitor the objectives set for his department;
  • Conduct structured inspections of his department and issue instructions to his subordinates;
  • Apply ethical measures to his team;
  • To handle the initial customer complaints in their department;
  • To lead meetings within one's department;
  • Develop marketing plans for your department;
  • Managing your logbook;
  • Conduct staff evaluations;
  • Manage the purchase of supplies and equipment for your department.

Job type : Full-time

Compensation : Starting at $25 per hour, depending on experience

Scheduled hours: 40 hours per week
