ADM Sport is recruiting a Digital Strategist

ADM is expanding its team! We're looking for someone who think in real terms . dream on TikTok analysis in Google Analytics , and who is ready to join a team where the coffee flows freely… and where humor is a strategy in its own right.

What we are looking for...

You are probably our rare gem if you have:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce or equivalent.
• A natural talent for video creation (if you know how to make a good TikTok transition, you gain points).
• Comfortable with photo shoots… even when the light decides not to cooperate.
• A writer capable of writing punchy, engaging and without mistakes (we beg you).
• At least 2 years of experience in digital strategy/marketing.
• A good understanding of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Comfortable with Shopify, GA4 and newsletter tools.
• A real understanding of social media trends.
• A constant curiosity for new marketing ideas.
• The art of simplifying information… without falling asleep in front of an Excel spreadsheet.
• Organization + priorities managed like a pro.
• An independent, resourceful… and slightly caffeinated mind.

What you'll do (and it's really not boring!)

• Create engaging content: videos, photos, stories, unboxings, behind-the-scenes footage…
• Imagine and manage multi-channel advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Track and analyze performance (we love beautiful dashboards).
• Keeping an eye on trends (yes, even those that come out at 11pm on a Thursday).
• Analyze purchase data and propose ideas that REALLY make a difference.
• Collaborating on the annual digital strategy (promise, no unnecessary meetings).
• Make sure everything comes out on time (we're not saying it's perfect... but almost).
• Contribute to the promotional and event calendar, with the marketing team (a funny, noisy, but lovely team).
