GIVEAWAY RULES

Participation in this giveaway is subject to the official rules. This giveaway is open only to residents of Canada aged 18 and over who purchased a Schuberth helmet from ADM Sport between May 22 and June 23, 2025. ADM Sport employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

PARTICIPATION

To participate, you must have purchased a Schuberth helmet (regardless of model), in-store or online at admsport.com, before June 23, 2025. You must place your entry coupon in the designated box. Customers who made their purchase online will be automatically entered into the giveaway. To be eligible, the purchase must have been made during the giveaway period only, from May 22 to June 23, 2025.

ELIGIBILITY

By purchasing a Schuberth helmet from ADM Sport (in-store or online) between May 22 and June 23, 2025, you become eligible to enter the giveaway. This giveaway is open to all legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

PRICE

A Schuberth communication system of the winner's choice (Sena SC2 or Cardo SC Edge). If the winner already owns such a system, they will receive an ADM Sport gift card of equivalent value (taxes included).

DRAWING

The winner will be drawn on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 10 a.m., at the ADM Sport branch in Quebec City. The winner will be contacted by phone or email using the contact information provided during registration. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 48 hours of being contacted by the ADM Sport marketing department. If there is no response within this timeframe, a new draw will be held. To be declared a winner, the selected person must:

• Answer correctly, within a limited time, an arithmetic question.
• Sign a waiver and release form confirming in particular:
• that it meets the admission requirements;
• that they have read and accepts the competition rules in all respects;
• that they accept the prize as awarded;
• that they authorize ADM Sport to publish their name and city of residence without additional compensation.

The winner will also be required to provide two forms of government-issued photo identification proving that they have reached the age of majority.

Entries are subject to verification by ADM Sport or its representatives. Any entry that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, received late, contains an invalid email address, incorrectly answered a math question, or is otherwise non-compliant may be rejected.

ADM Sport cannot be held responsible for any technical problems.
