1. ORGANIZER OF THE CONTEST
   The contest is organized by ADM Sport Inc., whose head office is located at 1831 Boulevard Hamel, Québec (QC), G1N 3Z4, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer.”

2. DURATION OF THE CONTEST
   The contest runs from June 5, 2025 at 12:01 AM (ET) to July 26, 2025 at 11:59 PM (ET).

3. ELIGIBILITY
   The contest is open to any natural person residing in Canada who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Excluded are: employees of the Organizer, its agents, representatives, partners, as well as members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address.

4. HOW TO ENTER
   a. With purchase:
   Each increment of CAD $100 (before taxes) spent on motocross products (MX) at ADM Sport (online or in-store) during the contest period entitles the purchaser to one (1) automatic entry in the draw.

   b. No purchase necessary:
   In accordance with Canadian laws, no purchase is required to enter. It is possible to enter for free by sending a handwritten letter of at least 100 words explaining why you would like to win the motorcycle, accompanied by the following information:

“No purchase” entries must be received no later than July 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM. Only one free entry per person will be accepted.

5. PRIZES
   Three prizes will be awarded:

   First prize: A brand-new Honda CRF110 off-road motorcycle. Approximate retail value: CAD $4,000.

   Second prize: An ADM Sport gift card valued at CAD $500.

   Third prize: An introductory course + three (3) free admissions at MX Deschambault, valued at CAD $300.

   Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal value if necessary.

6. SELECTION OF THE WINNER
   A random draw will take place on July 27, 2025 at 10:00 AM (ET) at the head office of ADM Sport from among all eligible entries. Three (3) participants will be drawn—one for each prize—in descending order of prize value.

   Each selected participant must:

   Be contacted within five (5) business days following the draw

   Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question

   Complete and sign a declaration and release form

   If these conditions are not met, a new draw may be conducted.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
   By entering the contest, each participant agrees that his or her name, city of residence, photograph, and/or testimonial may be used for advertising purposes without additional compensation.

   The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest in the event of fraud, bugs, errors, or any other event beyond its control.

   The Organizer is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, or not received for any reason.

   Any attempt at tampering or fraudulent entry will result in automatic disqualification.

8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
   Personal information collected will be used exclusively for the administration of the contest, in accordance with Quebec and Canadian privacy laws. No information will be sold or shared with third parties.

9. APPLICABLE LAWS
   This contest is governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. It is nominal and does not constitute a lottery under the Canadian Criminal Code.
