Internal ventilation channel

• Ventilation is enhanced by a carefully designed air extraction system that expels warm, moist air from the area in front of the eyes through ventilation channels located behind the cheek pads and releases it via side exhaust vents.
• This helps keep the rider cool while reducing fogging.

PB-SNC Shell

• A new resin (Z Resin) developed and produced in-house creates a stronger bond between the materials and the many layers of the shell.
• This process uses less resin, improves shell strength and reduces weight.
• Arai's exclusive Super Fiber, combined with special reinforced synthetic fibers, allows Arai to create a stronger yet lighter shell with excellent ricochet properties.
• The addition of an internal net and peripheral belt reinforces the shell while minimally increasing weight or thickness.

Face shield attachment

• The VAS face shield attachment system securely locks the shield closed to prevent accidental opening.
