- The hull construction process reduces imperfections and excess weight.

Chin rest:
- Hand-laid carbon fiber chin bar reinforced with EPS for impact protection.
- The two-post stainless steel chin bar latch secures the chin bar in the closed position.
- The intuitive chin bar release button moves with the rider's natural movement upon engagement.
- KLIM's patented hinge mechanism closes the face shield flush with the shell, providing best-in-class aerodynamics and noise reduction.

- The eye port seal has been designed to reduce vibration and noise and increase resistance to harsh weather conditions.
- The face shield side plate mechanisms are designed to self-adjust to ensure a perfect seal.
- The included PINLOCK® anti-fog insert, optimized for GT1 Expedition, maintains Class 1 optical clarity and a wide field of vision.
- Photochromic face shield quickly transitions from dark to light
- Tinted and photochromic face shields feature an infrared shield that significantly reduces heat buildup.
