Description

Z 520 ZRE Joint Chain by Regina

Improve the performance and reliability of your drivetrain with the Regina Z 520 ZRE jointed chain. Thanks to the all-new patented Z44 seals, this chain pushes the limits of durability. Its innovative design, derived from the evolution of the X and Z seals, incorporates a special conical shape on the inner face, significantly reducing power loss while extending chain life.

FEATURES

  • Patented "Z" ring section.
  • The Z-ring flexes when assembled, creating a spring effect that ensures the seal will not weaken over time.
  • The special Z-ring section provides increased chain flexibility.
  • The lubricant trapped between the plates and lobes of the Z-ring keeps the ring lubricated and increases its life.
  • ZR chains are the best choice for the most severe and demanding applications. Among other features, ZR chains feature high-alloy steel plates and pins, solid bushings and rollers, shot peening of plates, pins, and rollers, performance-enhancing pre-stretching, and gold-plated outer plates.
