Stage 2 Performance Kit for Snowmobile by Precision EFI

Keep your stock ECU and all of its benefits with the Precision EFI Stage 2 performance kit. This ECU incorporates Cold Start technology as well as an ultra-advanced, adaptive knock system that reacts instantly in real-time, adjusting timing based on fuel quality and octane to eliminate any risk of engine damage.

The Stage 2 includes the famous multimap: Map 1000 (220 hp, pump gas), Map 2000 (250 hp, 91 octane), and Map 3000 (275 hp, with 10 to 12 oz of Boostane Professional in a full tank of 91 octane; never exceed 16 oz). A powerful and intelligent upgrade, designed for snowmobilers who want more performance without compromising reliability.

The Stage 2 kit for the 900 Turbo R includes:
  • A rebuilt and upgraded turbo based on your own turbo and manifold that installs easily just like the original
  • An upgraded fuel pump including larger injectors
  • A PEFI downpipe
  • Our exclusive ECU Unlock Service which allows you to keep all the features of the most powerful ECU in the powersports industry; the MG1
  • The PEFI Multimap with 3 power levels to choose from
  • Resurfacing of the manifold flange, which reduces the risk of cracking
  • The 3 throttle settings modes: Eco, standard, and Sport
  • The same or better fuel economy than with the stock mapping on Map 1000

Approximate ramp adjustment

Designed for a combination of stock springs and helix in good condition, to reach the perfect RPM.
Be aware that a modified spring and helix combination will affect the final result. We therefore cannot provide settings for every individual application.
The test should be performed as follows: accelerate quickly but gradually to avoid track spin. During acceleration, wait for the RPM to stabilize, then take an RPM reading. If the RPM is too high, add weight; if too low, reduce weight.
Note that surface conditions vary and will affect RPM

-Target RPM: 8100 - 8200 set on Map 2000 (250 hp 91 oct)
-PEFI adjustable ramp kit SKI-900R-CLUTCH-RAMP-77G
-Adjust to a total weight of 81 G (use purple or blue Loctite)
-A screw head, flush at the beginning of the hole (not at the bottom), is the most common setting.

*** Stage 2 only works with the stock exhaust
*** The ECU Unlock Service includes a lifetime ECU warranty.
*** You must install adjustable clutch ramps to reach the perfect RPM
*** The installation of a Precision EFI Blow Off Valve and Air box clamps are highly recommended.
