The SCHUBERTH S3 Carbon combines safety, comfort, and performance for long-distance journeys. Its carbon fiber shell, manufactured using Formula 1 technology, offers exceptional lightness while ensuring optimal shock absorption. With its advanced ventilation system, integrated sun visor, and Schuberth Rescue System, the S3 Carbon guarantees visibility, comfort, and safety in all conditions.

FEATURES :

Construction and hulls:

• Carbon shell made by hand using a process inspired by Formula 1 (manual lamination + prolonged curing in an autoclave) — extreme lightness and mechanical resistance.
• Option / hull variants: also available in fiberglass reinforced with a layer of basalt for improved energy absorption and reduced weight (depending on version).
• Next generation EPS inner shell, with dual density (central part and sides) for optimized shock absorption and an enlarged internal cavity.

Safety and certifications:

• ECE R 22.06 Approval
• DOT FMVSS Compliance No. 218
• SRS (Schuberth Rescue System): cheek pads that can be removed by rescuers to reduce stress on the neck during extrication.
• AROS (Anti Roll-Off System) and new position of the chin strap to improve comfort at the throat and anti-roll safety.

Ventilation and aerodynamics:

• Dual air intake at the chin with replaceable filter on the lower part.
• New optimized rear spoiler with integrated air extractor for better airflow and improved aero-acoustic efficiency.
• Design offering excellent aerodynamic balance and very low noise level.

Vision and visors:

• Expanded field of vision thanks to the new City Position setting.
• Integrated sun visor with V-Lock control — precise and secure positioning according to light.
• Pre-installed Pinlock® 120 anti-fog visor.

Interior and comfort:

• New seamless interior with Schuberth personalization concept for an optimal fit.
• New position of the chin strap for greater comfort around the neck.
• Breathable and comfortable interior, antibacterial treatments available depending on the version.
