Upgraded Fuel System for 998 Engine by Precision EFI

To exceed 280 horsepower, the stock pump is no longer sufficient. Precision EFI has developed an upgraded fuel system for the 998 engine, featuring a high-flow pump (255 LPH), a high-pressure hose, and a pressure regulator calibrated specifically for Stages 3R and 4.

Due to the design of the original tank and pump system, the engine may run lean under heavy acceleration when the fuel level drops below half, and a poor air/fuel mixture can be fatal to the engine. An essential upgrade for snowmobilers aiming for high performance with safety.

FEATURES

The kit includes:

  • A high-flow 255 LPH fuel pump
  • A custom-designed aluminum support cap that integrates our Venturi system and upgraded fuel pump while maintaining the original location.
  • Bosch preset fuel pressure regulator.
  • High-performance hose with quick-release connector.
  • Aluminum plug with Precision EFI logo to seal the unused port on the tank.
